Wide Tires

The original rear wheel is re-welded & powder coated in our 240 Kit.
The process is as follows:
First your original Triumph wheel is mounted on a special lathe & the wheel rim is cut off. Then a new wider rim is welded in place & machined. The "new" wide wheel is finished. Almost. The welds have to be cleaned up. They are first ground down & finally the wheel is powder coated matt black. (Other colors are available on request.)
Your original swing arm is modified & following the work is painted prior to being returned to you.
This kit also comes with the Stiletto rear.
